HDB residents often receive and get annoyed by rude admails stuff at the front gate. A few of these house-to-house junk mails can be seen lying on the ground floor around HDB blocks.
For house-to-house junk mails, I have made a suggestion through TC to put up a No Junk Mail HDB Block sticker (or poster) on every block to dissuade the mal-practice of bad apple advertisers. Hopefully the list of bad apple advertisers will be negligible after few reminders. TC can also provide additional designated slots on the ground floor for advertisers. Sensible advertisers will eventually use back designated letter boxes and additional slots for admails.
However, I have only received standard replies from TC/ HDB/ CEA for past few months. The bad apple advertisers will most likely strike with rude admails at the front gate times and again.
